Generate your bank account unfreeze application — free

Answer a few questions. Get a formatted letter for your bank manager and the cyber cell — in English or Hindi.

Letter language (required)
1 · Your details

As printed on your bank records

The letter will leave a blank line where the bank name goes, for you to write in.

We never ask for your full account number. The letter shows XXXX-XXXX-4821.

2 · The freeze

Pick the date the bank told you, or your best estimate.

Pick "I don't know" if the bank hasn't told you — the letter will request the details in writing.

3 · The transaction in question (if the bank told you)
Transaction 1

The reference your bank shows against the credit — on the statement, in the passbook or in the SMS.

You can describe up to 5 transactions here. If more were affected, attach the statement instead.
