What this site is
enfold.ai publishes free information about scams in India and free tools — a scam checker and an unfreeze-application generator. It is operated by NKGP Technologies Private Limited.
The guides are information, not legal advice
The account-freeze guide, the letter generator and every other page under /help/ describe general processes. They are not legal advice and using them does not create a lawyer–client or any other professional relationship. Police and bank procedures vary by state, by bank and by case. If your situation is serious, take advice from a qualified professional.
The letter generator produces a draft
The application it produces is a starting point for you to check, correct and sign. You are responsible for the accuracy of everything you put in it — a bank or an investigating officer will read it as your statement, because it is.
A checker result is not a guarantee
A “looks clean” result means no known scam pattern was found. It does not mean a message is safe: new scams appear daily and a checker can only recognise what it has seen. Keep the same caution with OTPs and payment requests either way.
Equally, a “high risk” result is an assessment of a pattern, not an accusation against any named person or business.
We cannot recover money
EnfoldAI does not recover funds, does not represent you before a bank or the police, and cannot influence whether an account is unfrozen. Anyone who tells you otherwise, using our name, is not us — report them on cybercrime.gov.in.
